Ray Moore, CFO/CTO - Chief Financial Officer.  Raymond Moore is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Connecticut and New Hampshire.  With over two decades of experience in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, Ray began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen & Company and has over 25 years corporate experience across financial reporting, risk management, taxation, treasury, auditing, investments, financing, fund raising, acquisitions and technology.  Through his career, Ray has primarily held the positions of CFO, CTO and Treasurer including board and committee positions.
